I can't hear callers

Can anybody help me please? When l make a call, or answer a call, they can hear me but I can't hear anybody on the other end? What should l do? Phone is not the problem, this is the case on any phone. Thanks

New phone and my O2

Got a new iPhone 11. Already a sim only customer so an upgrade via mobiles.co.uk. Transferred every over ok, however when I to log onto my O2 I get an error msg. This number is associated with another device.Do I have to call again?
