For years, you go to My O2, Accounts and Billing, ViewBill, then download your VAT invoice.
Now it seems with the My O2upgrade, all you get is a fancy bill but not a VAT invoice.
as one of the many whose company pays for his phone, I need to submit a VAT invoice. O2 seems clueless as to how to resolve this.
any advice?

Yes, my Nov invoice has it, but they have to switch a flag on your account. It took me 7 hours to get to the person who said and then did this. Multiple Messenger messages and phone calls. Just to be clear: The Support team is not at fault. They have been let down by an ill-planned and implemented change.

Did you still have to request the invoice manually or can you download it through the site?

You can get it yourself but the format is changed. You have to look for the line "Of which £xx.xx is VAT"
