I received my upgrade yesterday but I wish to return it and exchange it for another device. I am well within the 14-day deadline and have been told to contact o2 via live chat (which doesnt seem to be available/a thing anymore). There doesn't appear to be a clear way of notifying o2 of my desired exchange?
