I was contacted on Wednesday afternoon  by o2 and offered a 40% discount on my current plan . I accepted

today I received a brand new iPhone 13  in post which I did not request nor want. I have an iPhone 13 already.
is this a scam ? I can see that I now have a new device plan in my o2 account .

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
