For some reason I am unable to unsubscribe from marketing and irrelevant emails from O2. I click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and then log in, and get presented with a screen with no actual options. See the screen shot I have attached below. Getting pretty tired of O2 recently and this might just be the straw that broke the camels back to persuade me to leave them for both mobile and broadband

You could also try using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.

In addition to the advice given above, try logging into your MyO2 App and selecting Account (the barchart icon at bottom left-centre/center), then into "View All" and down to Contact Preferences - then scroll down a little to your "View Preferences" button and tailor what you want to get from O2 and how you wish to receive it (SMS, e-mail, post, voice) and save.
