Unable to send code

I have been trying to log into my o2 to confirm my order after being accepted. However it is saying unable to send anymore codes. How long does it take until it is able to send me codes again?

Will not give me access to my O2

It lets me log in and then says My O2 is not available to me yet. Yet I got a new phone in June. I need to add bolt ons on as I’m going to America in 2 days. Thanks
