Hi, I registered for an o2 account on my computer, but I am unable to login the same account on my mobile app.

Uninstall the MyO2 app from your phone, reboot phone, then reinstall the app. Note that first use of the app has been difficult if you have a zero spend cap in place - you should be able to change your spend cap in the MyO2 Web app from your computer yourself.
