Unable to log in to MyO2

I was switched from Virgin to O2 and now I can't login to see or pay bills.

 

When trying to register - I get an SMS sent along with code but when I submit code message says that number is connected to another account

 

I have tried O2 app and Virgin Media App and VirginmediaO2 app but can't get anywhere. Even SMS sent don't link to my account with many redirects!

 

 

Can someone help?

No one here will be able to solve this @AntonyGG as we are all customers like you.

Customer services will need to either create a new login for you, or de-register the number so you can take ownership.
