On my extras page via the laptop, I have a message saying "There's been a slight problem. Don't worry, we've got our best technicians on the case, so make sure you come back soon." Been there over two months now. I followed the advice on adding and removing via my Phone app, but all I get is asking to add Disney Plus. Anyone have advise please, as I don't want to continue to pay for Disney Plus.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
