Unable to cancel Disney Plus

On my extras page via the laptop, I have a message saying "There's been a slight problem. Don't worry, we've got our best technicians on the case, so make sure you come back soon." Been there over two months now. I followed the advice on adding and removing via my Phone app, but all I get is asking to add Disney Plus. Anyone have advise please, as I don't want to continue to pay for Disney Plus.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
