UK can’t dial my mobile

Anybody experiencing problems with network, I’m stuck in New Zealand and my phone goes straight to voicemail and I need my UK insurance company to get in contact with my urgently.

You may have a roaming bar on your account.
Try to contact O2 in the morning http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
but also try manually searching and selecting a different network.
