I have been trying for the last 5 or 6 days to get my old mobile number(xxxxxxxxxx) reinstated on my phone. I have recently upgraded, and was given a new SIM, with a new number (xxxxxxxxxxx). I want the new number removed, and replaced with the old number. I have tried calling several times, and given the agent my PAC code as well (xxxxxxxxxx).
Please can we get this sorted ASAP. I To recap, I want to keep my old phone number (xxxxxxxxxxx).
