How do I find how long my mobile contract is? I started a pay monthly Virgin Mobile contract in 2022, moved to O2 and am being billed by both.

The upgrade date is the end date of contract.

You need to speak to Virgin regarding your device plan as you will continue to pay them for that.
O2 is only billing you for airtime. Your contract reaches it's minimum term when your device plan is paid off.
