Hello, I need your help about my O2 contract. My contract is actually over since October 2019. I did not do upgrades or signed a new contract with the company but I was charged the same montly bill as when my contract was in force. However, I am now using Lyca, its been a month, and simply want to leave O2 and delete my account. I received a letter few days ago saying that O2 will renew my contract with a reduced fee and if i do not react to that letter means I am accepting it. However, it is not possible to contact the company, I am not using my O2 number anymore but they keep charging me. What am I supposed to do?

@Rafthess You need to officially cancel your contract. You can do it by text. This guide should help you. Scroll down to find what you need:

Thank you for this. I texted for the STAC code twice but my message was not delivered! I have received my PAC code by a message on March 6 saying that i have 0 charges if i decide to switch. I cannot call 202, I cannot text the company to request the STAC code, no facebook communication, but they keep charging me and putting my name in a different contract without my consent. What a bunch if *bleep*!
