My bill comes so high last 3 months and I'm not happy at all. 

im using O2 SIM card monthly payment

Don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.

You can find out why by looking in Myo2 and checking your bills and seeing what you are been charged.
