Splitting 2 mobile number

I have been paying my daughters phone bill which is attached to mine. How do I now separate them so she pays for her own phone now.

Your daughter will have to sign up for a contract in her own name and pass all the credit and affordability checks, then once she has a new number, you will need to request o2 migrate the old number to the new account  this guide will help Guide: Migration & porting into O2 

Beware though that you will need to pay off any outstanding device plan on the old account first, in full
