If you have a spend cap, ask O2 to remove it or check if you can in your MyO2.

I already set it up I added my mobile phone as a payment method and everything. The only thing is everytime i buy something on psn store its giving me an error.

Unless you have exceeded your monthly limit, you will have to call O2 to check why.
