Had a text to say unable to take my bill payment and to update my payment details, luckily i decided to log into my account to check what the problem was. The text wanted all personal details plus bank details security question details and everything else you dont tell anyone glad i ignored it and went to 02 site instead of just filling in the very o2 looking form on text link

I've had the same tonight. telling me that 02 couldn't take my payment, but showing on my app that my text's calls and data are OK. These SCAMMERS need to do 1 trying to con people out of our money. They want to go and work for a living and earn there money by doing some hard graft.

Totally agree @Kevin54

There have been many people posting on the forum today about this scam. As I said, they seemed to disappear at the height of coronavirus and now they are starting all over again.

Edited for spelling.

It's about time all of these so called big mobile operators got these scams sorted. And I do not wish to give feedback while I'm replying to a fellow 02 customer.
