Im trying to leave my old network, theyve given me a STAC code, the form ive tried filling out that requires this STAC code currently doesnt work. Ive contacted customer support, theyve told me I need to speak to my old network to cancel my contract with them, they say I need to give my STAC code to o2. Ive hit a wall, I need help, ive referred to these forum posts for help, but cant progress through them as they require a PAC code. The reason im not using a PAC code is because i already have gotten a new number and device from o2 and im not looking to keep my old number.

This is the previous forum post ive gone to for help with no avail:

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Stac-code/td-p/1382864

The link to the form ive tried submitting that doesnt work is here:

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-disconnect-your-non-o2-number

Hope someone is able to offer guidance!

Cam

The page below has a link for joining o2 and giving a STAC (even if the page then says "keep your number" in the URL).

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form

Have you tried following that process @CamDup ?

@CamDup

Customer services can take the STAC from you and process it manually.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
