I have been trying to get through to o2 and their team since not being able to use my number. I have been in hospital for the past 2 weeks and not understanding what has been going on. Can a consultant find a way to speak to me please

It's possible that your sim has been deactivated if not topped up in the last 6 months
as you have no phone in hospital
