Hi,
I have recently switched from EE and bought two new iPhones on 24m contracts with you. I cannot for the life of me work out how I can register my account. The new sim cards I was sent are not activated, and I cannot call you on the phone, as the sim card has no connection to a network.
To register an account, I am prompted for a text confimration, I don't have this as my phone is not connecting to any network.
Please help.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
