When I signed up for my galaxy flip phone in August 2023 I was persuaded by the incentive of galaxy buds for £1.
The offer has not been honoured. I have tried contacting O2 through various channels. First I was told there was a delay and now I am ignored.
This has caused an enormous trust problem for me with the brand. Unless resolved I will be changing my provider.

First step is to read this :-
You will then need to contact O2 as this is a customer to customer community so we can't access accounts or intervene directly. 👍

I upgraded my phone last August tempted by the ear buds for £1. The voucher code did not come. I have had terrible trouble reaching customer services. The last message I had was an apology the voucher was delayed. Still I have received nothing. I have tried reaching out on social media. I just don't know how to resolve my issue and it has altered my view of the company

We have had exactly the same problem! We have been into store, called customer service multiple times, spoken to the team on X and always been promised a few more days, a few more days. We purchased our contract in November and have been chasing this constantly.
It has also altered our view of the company as it seems they are not interested in helping us too.
