I bought an Iphone from 02 and, having lost it, have made a claim against my insurance company (affiliated with a high street bank). The insurance company has demanded "proof of purchase" before they will pay out. I have sent them copies of the two documents that I have access to in "My O2": (1) the device plan (i.e. the Consumer Credit Agreement) and (2) the airtime agreement, and this is not enough. I do not recall receiving a simple invoice of any kind when I bought the Iphone from O2. How can I obtain "proof of purchase", please? This question must come up everyday; but I could not find anything helpful in the O2 website. Thank you. Tom

You will find the info that the insurers will accept under MY ORDERS in My O2.
Or contact O2 for a standard insurance letter.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
