On Thursday (4th aug) I fell victim to a fraudulent phone call stating that I was eligible for 30% discount on My O2 contract. What happened was they hacked My O2 using the pen that I gave them and ordered two iPhone 13 on 36 month contract. Luckily I was able to cancel the order with A2 and DPD are currently sending the two phones back to O2 can somebody give me advice on whether once the phones have been received by o2 that it will be cancelled and removed from account or will I have to wait for fraud team to deal with this?

@Tausi007 We are all customers and have no access to anyone else's account. You'll have to contact customer service again for anything concerning this incident, but I'd guess that if the Fraud Team have been notified there probably isn't anything else customer service can do.
What you can do from your end is change all your passwords. ALL OF THEM. FOR EVERY SITE YOU HAVE A PASSWORD. Also notify your bank that there has been an incident and check your account to ensure there's been no unusual activity. Might even be a good idea to ask your bank for a new credit/debit card.
You should also report the incident to the police: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
This is probably shutting the barn door after the horses have gone, but take a look at these links:

Thanks. I can confirm that DPD returned the phones and the order team had cancelled the contracts that were taken out on my account. Still haven’t heard from the fraud department.
