I am in a poor signal area/blind spot. O2 suggest I reset my phone to 2g. I don't think this is acceptable. Other networks offer their customers signal boosters. But they only seem to be available to O2 business customers. Any suggestions please. Thanks

@OakeyBoiThe only other suggestions would be to get a phone capable of WiFi calling or switch networks. If you choose the latter, get PAYG sims from the other networks to see who you get the best signal with. You may find that if you're in a blind spot that none of them do.

Edited for spelling.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
