Since 02 took over t he VM mobile customers I am getting phone calls on a daily basis that are asking for my personal info and one time codes, things like my email password or my 02 account password. They claim to be sending me a new SIM card and I need to change my password to "mynewsim" to get on the new interface.
02 really need to sort out their client database breach, these people know my work and personal phone numbers as well as my email and home addresses.
Popping into the local 02 shop at lunchtime to get them to explain why I am getting constant calls from a guy with a SE Asian accent claiming to be called Steve.
