Hello I have recently received a letter to say I will be cut off as I have not yet paid my bill I have paid my airtime bill for last month, but still an outstanding balance, the letter informes me it’s been taken to credit agreement to assign any outstanding balance to debt purchaser, I need my phone turning on please can I go into a payment plan with yourself? I have been recently made redundant and this is the reason why my payment has still not yet been made
