Hi I need to pay 14.92 as my last bill bit o2 didn't take the direct debit yesterday I then got a reminder today but when I try and pay on my o2 it just says you have no products or services with us and doesn't show the bill and when I tried calling it just said sorry you don't have an account how can I pay please

You need the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
