I need to get copies of my old bills (download and print is fine) but My O2 only has the last 6 months. I can't get older ones E.g September 2019-August 2020 for my accounts. i was forced to go paperless without paying but was told I could get digital copies. I've gone round and round the App and website, but can't find how to get older bills. Help please?

This is a known issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you ask on social media.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
