It won’t let me log into my o2 app; it says I’m not with you yet and it should take 48 hours to activate but it has been weeks

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
If so, you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
