So I've gone to pay my bill today but its telling me it's already been paid and the amount has gone down but I know for a fact I havent paid anything and nothing has come out of my account. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know why? I don't want to think I have this extra money, spend it and then o2 demand it.

Could be a system glitch.

Best you speak to O2 and leave the money in yout account just in case Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Yes there were two other members who said the same thing this morning @Bekah 

We felt it may have been a system glitch then. It looks as if it's still happening. Quite worrying really.
