Hi all
I joined O2 last week and selected Amazon prime as my extra which I redeemed on my O2 the same day and it's all working fine with the Amazon prime but on my o2 page it is still saying "You must activate your extra before you can use it" and when I click on activate extra it says "It looks like you've already redeemed this extra, so it should be active when you log in to your Amazon account. If you haven't redeemed it, please call O2 customer service on 202 from your O2 mobile."
So my Amazon prime offer is working just fine but wondering why this extra hasn't showed as activated on my O2?.
What do I do?

Oh ok I didn't know that, so it's normal for it to display this

And.when I click on it it says
Your session has expired due to an extended period of inactivity.
