Hi, not sure if this is the right place to get in contact but i tried rining your customer line but it just says thank you and hangs up on me.. and yes I did check your opening hours. Can someone update me on my order? As I bought it due to the reason that it was on stock and it guaranteed next day delivery.

This isn't O2. It's a community of customers. You need to call O2 for an update on the status of your order. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Edited to add, O2 ordering system is NOT live. So although it states in stock, it probably isn't. However only O2 will know.
