Need to port my old number to O2

I am having no luck getting hold of anybody at 202 to port my number over to O2... I have the PAC number from previous carrier. How do I do this? Thanks

If you need to call o2 then follow the details below

You need to call 202 from your mobile.
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone
