Hey all, payasyougo customer here. No Idea if there is maintanence going on or what, but myo2 seems to have no option to top up. I get the message something went wrong that they are busy and please bear with us?
I tried dialing 4444 and it said there is a fault on payasyougo. The ai chat does not help at all.
I don't have a local o2 store anymore either so i'm out of options apart from online.
Is this a nightly thing or something? There is nothing online about this and this is the first time I have seen this error. I'm looking for some clarification because it is important I am able to call and text tomorrow, it's never been an issue.
Is everyone experiencing this?

The system is taken off-line every night around midnight whilst accounts are updated
I've just checked and it's working ok now
Try first thing this morning and you should be ok

There are other ways to top up, @Ashly0 - the O2 ones may be offline for maintenance around midnight, but at least one of these should still be accessible: Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
O2 Web Top-up also does mot tequire you to be signed into your myO2 to work.
