Hi guys,

The MyO2 app is used by lots of customers for a variety of tasks such as topping up and getting billing info. The app has also gone through a few updates this year to make it easier to use and navigate.

As the year is drawing to a close, we'd really like to hear how you're getting on with it and what features are working well for you.

So, here's a few questions to ponder:

- How are you getting on with the MyO2 app?

- What features are you finding very useful?

- How would you improve the app?

- Have updates this year been beneficial?

Your thoughts, views and opinions will be really helpful in informing us how it is doing slight_smile

Reliable. Functional. Does what it says on the tin.

One of the better o2 apps which also has the capacity to go further.

Funnily enough i rarely use the app itself. Probably as I am not constantly on the move like others. I access MyO2 via my laptop 99% of the time. So in the words of others 'if it aint broke don't fix it'....:smileywink:

Personally I wouldn't change it. Myo2 Is by far and away one of the most successful apps o2 have created, it works effectively, is functional etc.

The one thing I would suggest @Toby is that when o2 take the service down for maintenance, instead of getting the "whoops something went wrong" message which some users interpret as they have made an error logging in, could we have a message that advises maintenance.

Even better could we be forewarned?

Other than that it is a great app.

At the moment to access here. slight_smile
I use it mainly to keep an eye on my account and phone usage. I have my daughters phone too so I can access that and be aware of any problems with her data, mins or texts. Not that there have been but it's nice to know I can check if I want to.

Hi, As I left to come to Australia a few days after my new phone arrived I didn't make time to install the app. I have been trying since to install the android app & download to my laptop, but playstore says 'no eligible devices for app install'. Is there any other site or way to download the app so I can sideload it? Phone is a Oneplus One, which I bought through an invite from my son & definitely works on the network because I had to get a new nano sim from the Union Squ O2 shop in Aberdeen. Any suggestions would be most appreciated (or do I wait until I get back in May). Cheers.
