I recently signed up to o2 and had my number transferred to my new from BT mobile. Since doing that (around a week ago) every time I load my account screen on the o2 app it says ‘Oops something went wrong’ the same if I try to view my bill. I suspect it’s something to do with my number changing.

I just want to know if this is temporary and will sort itself out or do I need someone from o2 to click a few buttons in the background to get it working. This issue is also preventing me getting the e-Sim on my Apple Watch activated with O2 as it says my credentials don’t match the number. Any help much appreciated

It should sort itself out at your next bill generation but if not, call O2 to reset your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
