My network and data ins't working. I have been trying for weeks to fix this issue. I can't call customer service as I have no network. When I try and log into the O2 app it says that "My O2 is not ready yet". When I login to the website I have an account but it says i have no O2 products and when I try to change my details it sends a security code to a phone number that ins't mine. Basically for 2 months IO have had a phone that is only usable when on my home Wifi and I can't find any solutions. PLEASE HELP ME

We are all just customers here the same as you mate
You have data, you can download Skype for PC or phone
It will cost you nothing and allow you to take control of your issue
