Hi I got told by the 202 number that my details would be cleared because I was scamned by a number wich has added £52 onto my bill but it hasn't go off it when he said it would take 3 working days and then I rang up again and the woman that answered was rude saying he shouldn't of said that and it's my fault I got scammed and they can't help and I honestly don't have the money at the moment to pay that amount as I've had to lay other bills so the reason I'm on this is because I don't know what to do.
