I am confused on why I am being billed now for £49 for mobile broadband I haven’t been using since I went with virgin. Why are you now trying to bill me

@Amy42

You will continue to be billed unless you cancel.

Just not using it doesn't stop the bills.

This is not Customer Services, @Amy42 - if you need to check, as O2 and Virgin Media are all the same company, O2 servicing mobile communications and VM servicing broadband, all the ways are in here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Good luck!
