My O2 with multiple contracts

I have 3 contracts, my own and 2 for my daughters.

I want to setup the My O2 app so they can see only their own account. How do I do this?

If I try and log in as me on their phones, it asks if I want to use or overwrite the address book so I haven't gone any further than this in the setup. I read somewhere you can setup secondary accounts but find no instructions on how to do this.

What do I do?

Hi @sevans99

You would need to speak to customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I did the same for my grandson. I pay the bill but he has access to My O2 using his own password etc.

He can then see his own tariff, allowances and expenditure.

Hope that helps and welcome to the forum Welcome

@sevans99

You need to use different email addresses for the other accounts to keep them separate.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Your daughters can just use their own email address and set it up that way on each phone. If you have their passwords you can then monitor their usage using the web My O2.
