How do I connect my ipad to mobile data when away from wifi?

O2 isn't showing as an option when i select mobile data on my device. It asks for a QR code? Where would I find this?

Ah, OK.
Go to Settings >Mobile data > Check it's turned on.
Then, Settings >General >Reset Network Settings (you will lose saved wifi passwords).
If still not working after that, contact O2 to check your account is set up OK.
You can either call or pop into your local store.

@ToniB

A QR code is part of the eSim setup process.

You can get an eSim from your local O2 shop who will set it up for you.
