Hello,

I'm tyring to login into my account to check balance but when I login it's saying send a code to the number.

I can't view this because the sim card is for a car tracker

Hiw can I login in please

When you do get in. Put an alternative number in your contact details so any codes can be sent to that.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
