I can't for the life of me find an option for Live Chat, and I urgently need to contact o2. After breaking my phone several days ago, I placed an online order for a new handset for which I've received no email receipt - and it was supposed to be arriving today. I need the handset for work - so to be unable to contact o2 in any way is incredibly frustrating.
No Live Chat options are appearing for me on any o2 sites - the links have been removed from the contact pages and there appears to be no trace of it. I can't ring up the other numbers because I have no phone! The automated help service is useless. Please help!

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
