I can't for the life of me find an option for Live Chat, and I urgently need to contact o2. After breaking my phone several days ago, I placed an online order for a new handset for which I've received no email receipt - and it was supposed to be arriving today. I need the handset for work - so to be unable to contact o2 in any way is incredibly frustrating.

 

No Live Chat options are appearing for me on any o2 sites - the links have been removed from the contact pages and there appears to be no trace of it. I can't ring up the other numbers because I have no phone! The automated help service is useless. Please help!

Chat may appear if you hang around on the shop pages. 
There is also an option to Skype O2.

O2 - what are you doing? I have been a customer for 20 years (since Cellnet) days & want to add 2 more mobile devices to my contract for my kids... your website UX / UI is so difficult / confusing to navigate & your customer support / help is next to non-existent. That Aura chat widget doesn't answer anything. This is crazy - I have 4x 02 contracts & want to add 2 more... but at this point I am about 2 seconds from transferring everything to Vodaphone - after 20 years of loving 02 - but this is bonkers... can't self-serve & can't speak to anyone. Do you A/B test your UI / UX before implementing changes - because simple tasks are almost impossible. Even this doesn't work - it says I have invalid HTML... I haven't included any HTML (& I have a qualification in HTML 5)

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
