I have previously contacted O2 regarding a legacy agreement we had with sky prior to the change over.
an outstanding bill was advised on a SIM card that was never activated or used.
I have disputed the bill (£58) via a collection agency and was told it was being dealt with , I have since found out that I have a default notice on my credit report
can anyone advise if this has happen to them and how they resolved the issue.
