Joining O2 but unable to use #keepmynumber for several days now

Hi folks,

I recently signed up for a O2 SIM and have been trying to use the o2.co.uk/keepmynumber portal to bring a number over.  However the portal is crashing since Monday 13th of June.  I have also been into the O2 shop and they could not help either.  Does anybody know when this will be fixed?

The best thing to do is call customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and give them the PAC Code from your old provider. 


Also try from a different browser and not a phone.

Thanks for the advice.  I tried different browsers and same result (at the last step after submit "Opps. Somethign went wrong" message).

Called customer services and they faced same issue.

How long is this misery going to go on for?  Anyone from O2 CS?
