I set up a contract today, and accidentally gave the email of .co.uk when it should have been .com. I just wish to change this… is it really that hard to be user friendly?

Login to my o2 then personal details and change the address quite straight forward and user friendly to be honest, if myo2 doesn't let you then you will need to contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
