O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.

No amount of logging in elsewhere or deleting apps will help.

Only O2 can help and you'll need an alternative email address to register with and loads of good luck 👍

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Just a couple of things that you might want to try if you have been attempting to log-in on the app :-

1. try online at https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

2. try deleting the app, restarting your 'phone and then reinstalling the up to date version of the app.

Otherwise, this is a customer to customer community ; you need to contact O2 itself. You can message them on social media :-

Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB

X (Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW

Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

A more complete schedule of how to contact O2 is in :-

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Good luck. 👍
