How easy is it to make a payment for my contract bill that needs paying today

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

 

It would be better for future payments, if you set up a direct debit wink

I was just wondering as well how often do u pay the bill I thought u only paid once a month and my second bill is due in 13 days when does that av to be payed by

Your bill is due to be paid 14 days after it is generated.

So you get a bill which needs to be paid in 2 weeks, then 2 weeks later, you get your next bill and so on..
