How to disable wifi calling when there isn't an option in settings?

My wife has a Moto G6 that was bought SIM free. The MyO2 app shows wifi calling is enabled but there are no settings on the phone to disable it. I think this is causing the problems I'm having trying to set up call forwarding on the phone.

@Pirahna

Put phone into airplane mode and turn on wifi.

If you can make a call it's enabled.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

There's no options in the app, anything to do with wifi calling takes you to the O2 help for phones they support that have the feature.

If it is enabled, only customer service can turn it off on account.

The thing is, the phone doesn't support wifi calling but the app shows it's enabled.

That makes sense. I'll get in touch with them.

Thank you.

Customer service will need to turn it off at account level then.

It's enabled by default on all accounts these days.
